The Department of Lost Forms' main focus is the documentation, aquisition, research and theorisation of Lost Forms. On the 30th of April 2021 a sleek, silver Lost Form was found in front of the steps of Flinders Street Station. Through the creation of an urban fiction, new dialogues and imaginative ideas arise in public space.

The Department successfully documented this particular Form over a half an hour period, from 7.04pm - 7.34pm on that Friday.
